This class is perfect to finally master your Phoenix. All content is in english language. The live online Class is at 25.10.2024 at 10:00 am (Berlin time zone)
What do you get:
- permanent access to an pre-class session for the phoenix to improve your strength and technique to be well prepared for the Pole session
- A live online class (90 minutes) with a warm up, a strength workout and technical advices to master this trick with an direct feedback (when you have time to join the online class)

- 4 feedback rounds are included, where you can send me your current status and get an individual feedback
It is important for me, to guide you along your journey to your dream trick, so this programm is more than just a normal online class.
To not injure yourself while this Training make sure, that you can do a propper Ayesha (twisted grip would be perfect).
